| iTalk Support - Requirements |

In order for your iTalk service to work, you will need the following:

A broadband or high speed Internet connection |

An Ethernet modem that supports Session Internet Protocol (SIP)* |
|

A standard telephone (some BT handsets - static or cordless do not work with this service) |
|
. |
An iTalk monthly calling plan |
|
. |
A iTalk multimedia terminal adaptor (MTA)** |
|
. |
Mains power |
In order for your iTalk service to work, you must have a working Internet connection and power supply to your Ethernet modem and iTalk multimedia terminal adaptor (MTA).
*The following ADSL modems are known to work with iTalk:
